She is highly skilled in negotiating with insurance adjusters, coordinating medical documentation, preparing cases for litigation, and supporting attorneys through trial. Her extensive background allows her to anticipate the needs of each case and ensure that no detail is overlooked. As a paralegal, she specializes in motor vehicle accidents, trucking cases, wrongful death and brain injury cases.
What truly sets her apart is her hands-on, people-first approach. Originally from New York, Cynthia has lived in Brevard County, FL for over 35 years. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, a good movie, museums, and a great pair of shoes.

Kevin Moia serves as Chief Operating Officer of Moia Law, PLLC, where he plays a vital role in the firm’s operations, strategy, and commitment to exceptional client service. Kevin earned his Juris Doctor in 2019 and brings a strong legal foundation to the firm’s leadership team.
Born and raised in Brevard County, Kevin has deep roots in the community Moia Law proudly serves. His local upbringing gives him a firsthand understanding of the people, businesses, and challenges unique to the area, allowing him to approach his work with both insight and empathy.
Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge of the law and applies that expertise to overseeing firm operations, improving internal systems, and ensuring that every case is handled with efficiency, professionalism, and care.
